ezDI interview questions

I had attended two rounds of interviews(it actually took more than three weeks of time even they had not clarity about employee requirements) and after successfully completing first one they called me after 8-9 days and I had attended the second one. It also went well and all the technical questions were answered but after more than 2 weeks, they told they have not requirement as of now and if they will have in future they will contact me. Is this valid?
