f.y.e. Assistant Store Manager interview questions

I applied on the web page for the position and was later called on. The interview was with the district manager at a store. It took about 45 minutes and we discussed my skills and previous work history. No panel or anything like that. Afterwards I had to take a drug test and have a background test done.
