There was a group interview/information session where you could ask questions and they could get to know you. Mostly they want to see that you are personable and responsible. Management followed up with a phone call and an offer.

Interview
I first applied online via the company website, and received an email for an interview request from the hiring manager at the San Francisco office. Went to an onsite at the San Francisco office and had two 60-minute interviews with the Facility Manager and Facility Director. I received an offer a week later via email.
