Super fluid interviewing process. Everyone asked great questions and were really determined to make sure that I was the best fit for the organization. Everyone was honest about the good, the bad, the challenging parts of the role and the organization. I appreciated the transparency.

Question 1
Someone asked me what I would do if I didn't get the job. I found that incredibly interesting and it made me realize that iCIMS really strives to find the right person for the job-and if it isn't your time in this one particular role, that doesn't mean its a goodbye forever.
