The first step was an initial phone screen to discuss the specifics of the role with a recruiter. Immediately following the phone screen, I was asked to complete a two-part online assessment. The first part was a timed (15 min) aptitude test with 50 multiple choice questions covering math, logic, verbal skills, and spatial reasoning. The second part was a personality assessment.
About a week after completing the online assessment, I was contacted by my recruiter to schedule and on-site interview for the next week. The on-site interview consisted of three 30 minute interview rounds, with either 1 or 2 interviewers per round, followed by a final 30 minute window to complete a writing assessment. Everyone I interviewed with was very personable, so the interviews flowed in a conversational and friendly manner, which put my nerves at ease. The interviewers were also very communicative about the specifics of the role and the iCIMS culture. About 4 days after the on-site interview, I received an offer for the position. The recruiter I worked with was very helpful and available for any questions throughout the entire process.
