Was referred to iCIMS from a friend and his/her family. Applied to a couple postings through the iCIMS Connect portal after creating an account. Within a few days, a Talent Acquisition Specialist from iCIMS responded and asked for a (I.) Phone call to determine which position to pursue due to multiple applications.
I.) Phone screening took less than 15 minutes. Determine strengths, goals, and position that seemed most suitable.
II.) Took a CCAT assessment, as well as personality assessment. CCAT you can find more information online, and practice. Personality assessment is all you... be honest with yourself on those.
III.) After the weekend, spoke with Hiring Manager over the phone. Was asked questions about personal life, academics, work experience, strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations. The Acct. Dev. Exec. position is a sales position, so I made sure to have thoughtful answers to the more notable questions that you would experience in all interviews. Also prepared by looking on the iCIMS website - Nothing worse than not knowing what you are applying for, what the company does, and what the company emphasizes.
IV.) Invited to an in-person interview with three mid/upper-level managers a week later at the new Bell Labs HQ in Holmdel, NJ. Normal interview questions, but also get to learn a lot more about the company and the day-to-day aspects. Made sure to have questions about the technical side of the job, and not just the cultural aspect of the company.
The same day, met in-person with Hiring Manager to finalize any lingering questions, thoughts, etc..
The interview process is very stream-lined. For a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources software company, you should not expect anything less. Emails and responses received in timely manner, process was very transparent, and meeting management was great insight into learning more about the company that you would not find online.
