1. 30 minute interview with a recruiter mostly talking about the position and briefly diving into background.
2. CCAT aka a cognitive aptitude test and personality test. Every vista equity company makes you take it. Take the time to study for it and you will be fine. You have
15minutes to answer 50 questions. Only 1% of applicants finish all 50 so the goal is to answer as many correctly in the time frame
3. 30 minute interview with recruiter diving a bit more into your background.
4. Four 30 minute interviews with management team and director of sales development. Asking you about your experience, why icims, and so on and so forth. They are seeing if you can act like a professional, have sales competencies, and know what you are talking about.
The entire process was really well done. Considering it is a cloud talent acquisition service... it should be a great process. If it wasn't then I wouldn't have accepted the job. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and genuinely seemed interested in me. All in all it took about two and a half weeks. Got an offer the day after my final interview.
If I were to give you a tip, I would say to sound educated, give examples you have dealt with, speak concisely, and send follow up emails. Your in sales or going into sales... sell yourself.

The interview process was pleasant in the beginning but then it was very bad. I wasn’t even sent the information for my mock call interview until I asked for it. The interview was very dry and they didn’t ask any questions to actually know me and what I can bring to the company. I was rejected then I emailed asking for advice how I can do better for the next interview and got no reply. Over all not a great experience.
