Phone screen and phone interview. straight forward process with the phone interview being a group interview with the CEO and some team members. The team asked about my experience and the CEO told me about iCare and its mission. The team discussed the position and job responsibilities. I was able to ask questions at the end of the interview. Overall interview was about an hour. Since I was out of the country at the time, I was able to do the interview over the phone. However, iCare does in-person interviews if the candidate is local and can also do Skype and Amazon Chime interviews.
