First, I applied with my resume after seeing their email to my school.
Then, I had to submit an under-10-minute video teaching demo.
Then, I attended my 30-minute interview with a recruiter.

Interview
A casual, friendly one-on-one interview. Got to talk about my background in tech as well as what courses I'd be most interested in teaching and other details about the job. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and they were very thorough and transparent about the details. As this was a very recent interview, at the time of writing I have not yet received a decision.
