Interview
I think I did four total interviews for a simple copywriter position. Those interviews included one-on-ones with the office manager, the lead of the department, the current CMO (she had a different title at the time but the role seemed the same), and the CEO. I just had to rehash the same stuff for each interview, so I wondered why they couldn't have had a couple people sit in for each one. Seemed like an awful lot of interviews for a straightforward position.

Interview
Got to two out of three rounds. First digitally with HR and second on-site with supervisors. Immediate supervisor led interview while his was on the computer/distracted. Only an hour/felt rushed. Not many questions asked let alone time left for me to ask many. Doug was great, but since no one was hired suspect the role wasn’t actually available or like a lot of companies, they don’t know what they want. This and given “restructuring reviews” would proceed with caution.

Interview
I had a phone screening for this role that I am more than capable of and was only asked surface level questions, with little opportunity to discuss my skillset. I was then told they weren’t moving forward because they were hoping to here about recent experience but I wasn’t even asked about it.
