received a call from I heart over the phone, was not at the time we confirmed..and was over in 5 minutes I understand you may not be interested but I thought at least you would ask questions? she fumbled with the phone and was not prepared.
my interview actually went great. It was straight forward average interview, 2 rounds. I was offered the position, then the recruiter kept pushing the start date back. After 4 weeks, ghosted me.

The interview process was via phone call and the recruiter seemed uninterested and scattered. The company expectations were clear but they never sent a follow up whether I received the job or not.

Asking for your age before being a considered applicant is illegal. Towards the end of the process you are given an “assessment” where make you input your age before submitting your application.
