The initial interviewer was very kind and the interview went well. He asked me about my work history, my gaps in my work history and why I chose to apply in Iqor. The second interviewer who conducted my final interview was also very nice and asked some behavioral questions which I managed to answer well, thank God. Unfortunately, the job she offered me was inside Clark Economic Zone so I declined the job offer since I preferred to work in the site at SM Clark. She told me that I would be reprofiled instead and to wait for my final interview for a job in Iqor SM Clark. The interviewer who I talked to after a few days was unfortunately very different from the first two who talked to me. I think he was an operations manager since the HR who was supposed to talk to me was on sick leave. This one was very rude, very condescending and very unpleasant to talk to . If you've seen the Devil Wears Prada interview, that's how I would described how my interview went but the difference is I did my research about the company unlike the main character in the movie. He constantly cut me off, was very argumentative and quite unprofessional. I think he liked the feeling of having so much power that he can dismiss anyone just like that. Anyway, my overall experience was good because of the first two interviewers. That's all.
