3 Phone interviews and 1 full day interview. Process was fairly simple and pleasant with medium to difficult questions. Mostly scenario based questioning. The in-person interview was a very similar line of questioning to the phone interviews. Seemed like a bit of overkill and was redundant at times.

Question 1
Tell us about a difficult situation you recently faced and how did you overcome it?
The interviews were casual. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone to discuss various aspects of the position and my experience. Led to an in-person interview with existing team members to discuss products and needs for the position.

Interview
One of the worst interviews I've had and I thought I would love the people based on awesome products they produce.
The interviews were not conversational and had a very strict ('robotic') methodology. There was no flow in the conversation, just onslaught of questions drilling down at you. Did not enjoy the conversation with some of the senior members of the team. I feel like I avoided a horrible corporate culture and management.
