Interview was fairly brief, but revolved around technical knowledge or expertise. during our interview, I was asked about my educational trajectory which was met with hesitation by the recruiter. Apparently, they only want graduates to train and program...not current students. It especially did not help when I mentioned my school is making us take internship as a college course. When that happened, they seemed reluctant that I would run for the hills once the internship course was over (which isn't true for most interns; they usually grow with the company afterwards). The fact I also mentioned attaining my bachelor's was a priority goal was even worse; they wondered how I would intern and go to school (I guess they don't want you to have a life outside of their company). The fact they interviewed me knowing I was a current students proves one of two things: they either like to waste people's time or they are blatantly dysfunctional. I can attest to a combination of both. I am glad I didn't get hired, as I would sorely regret it.
