The interview process at iWorQ was very organized. I had an initial phone screening with HR, followed by two technical interviews and a final culture-fit round. The technical questions focused heavily on problem-solving and real-world scenarios rather than abstract theory, which I appreciated.
The only downside was the pace—it all happened within a week, and it felt a bit rushed. Overall, a positive experience.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at iWorQ Systems (Logan, UT) in Feb 2024
Interview
Pretty easy process. Just one interview, standard sales-related questions. Mostly focused on time management & comfort level with cold calling. Didn't sense much enthusiasm from the guy who interviewed me, or like they had a process to support new hires.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How well do you manage your time?
How comfortable are you with cold calling?
Tell me about why you applied for the role.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iWorQ Systems (Logan, UT) in Oct 2023
Interview
Sat down with three managers, discussed my experience, the role, and general situational questions of the job. One manager was clearly trying to be difficult and seem tough, but his guard went down as the interview went on.
