Interview
The interview process was good but before handing in my writing sample, I asked whether it was alright that I wrote a few extra words and I was told that they prefer it. And then they rejected me on that basis and by implying that my English was not up to par despite the fact that I’m a published author. It seemed like one of those moments when they already had somebody lined up but just wanted to go through the process to show their management that they did. It was quite disappointing in the end.

Processo di selezione diviso in tre colloqui separati. Il primo e il secondo con il responsabile HR e il coordinatore del dipartimento di riferimento e il terzo con il team con il quale si andrà a lavorare. Principalmente domande aperte e indagini di tipo motivazionale, biografico e personale.

Interview
J'ai été invité à un 2nd entretien car ils ont oublié de me faire le 1er entretien.
Ils m ont demandé de faire un exercice d'1h30 alors qu'on ne s est jamais présenté ni parlé du job en question auparavant et sans répondre à mes questions.
Ayant clairement précisé dans ma candidature que si le Home Office n'était pas possible, cette offre ne m'intéressait pas..... il ne fallait pas me faire venir pour un entretien sachant que le HO est impossible dans cette Team.
Donc en plus de ne pas lire les candidatures, les RH se trompent sur l'acheminement du process d'entretien.
C'est n'importe quoi.
