Interview
The first step is a phone interview. You are then asked to take a behavioral / personality test. If your behaviors fit into the position you apply for, you are brought in to the office for an interview. I met with 4 different people and found out quickly that I got the position. It was a very pleasant process and each step was taken care of in a quick manner. Everyone was very professional.

Interview
I never heard back from the company after completing the initial interview and caliper assessment. I assumed I didn't get the job. Their job portal has no additional information about the status of the application either.
