      Enterprise Sales Manager Interview

      23 Sept 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at impact.com (London, England) in Sept 2020

      Interview

I spoke with a recruiter for an initial screening, followed by a conversation with a director. Both conversations were 30 minutes long. I had positive experience in both conversations. I felt that both people were setting me up for success. They were transparent about what they were looking for and what the process would be. I felt as though they had made an effort to understand what I could bring to Impact and how they could support me to achieve what I needed to. The interviewer in the second conversation felt that I was not the right fit for the role they were recruiting for, but wanted to put me forward for other roles. I am looking forward to entering into this process, based on my interactions with Impact so far. As the old saying goes "how you do anything is how you do everything" and, judging by the interactions I had during the interview process, I would be confident that Impact are a company that would set their employees up to give them the very best chance of success.
