Interview
phone interview with department head followed by in person interview with two team members. In person interview included short quiz to cover basic electrical design knowledge. Everyone was very friendly and professional
Laid back and relaxed. The interviewers were nice and friendly. Tour of the shop was very interesting. Seemed like a good group of co workers. I would say the I terview process was easy.

Interview
Had a 30-45 min interview with hiring manager on video call. Answered a few questions and was asked if I knew anything about the company. Shared my experience and we had a nice conversation. The interview itself wasn't bad it was the fact that they did not respond to any of my follow up emails. If I wasn't selected for the position, the least they could do is let me know. Applicants take a lot of time and effort to submit applications and prepare for interviews so it would be courteous to communicate their stance in the interview process.
