The recruiting process was crazy, they think they are like a Silicon Valley company but they don't have either the money or the mentality for it.
You cannot ask people to first go through an informal interview of 2 hours, then do a crazy-long code challenge and after that expect them to spend 1 full day at Issuu having boring interviews with up to 8/10 people where you are asked always the same questions by very self-entitled members of the company.
Ah and last mention, their benefits are non-existent and the salaries are on the lower side compared to the general market.
