iwoca Python Engineer interview questions

The first step was an informal telephone call talking about my background and previous experience. After, I was then sent a technical programming test which was recommended to take 3-4 hours. There was a clear outline of the requirements of the project (written in Python etc) however, the implementation was up to you. I was then invited to interview at their offices which was split into two, the first interview was technical and briefly went over the test I completed. The second interview was more of a culture fit interview where I was also shown around the office.
