Das Gespräch war aufgeteilt in 3 Etappen:
1. Schritt: Telefonisches Interview
2. Schritt: Persönliche Gespräche (mit HR, diversen Teamleitern, CEO, usw.)
3. Probetag: Kompletter Tag vor Ort, diverse Aufgaben, Präsentation, Cold Calls, weitere Gespräche
Nice and clear communication, interview was on the phone. Questions were relevant and I was asked both about my self, the role and the company it self. Overall a positive and good first impression of the company.
