kW interview questions

Met with a number of employees. Was quizzed on the refrigeration cycle. Overall it was a fairly typical interview, got a good feel for the work the company is involved in.

Very informal. They seemed to know they wanted to hire me, but couldn't come up with a competitive pay and benefits package. Looking for experienced engineers, but have an entry level budget. Sounds like they want to work their engineers to death. Also a red flag that they couldn't give any definition to how large the available bonuses were.
