For an upper management role the questions asked are very junior level. They judge you based on if you are 'sporty' enough not on whether your credentials match. Seems overly cliquey. It's probably for the best.

Terrible experience.... was put through 6 interviews/phone screenings and was also asked to come to a team fitness class as part of the process. Overall I invested several hours over the course of 2 months and then was completely ghosted.
