I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (Ann Arbor, MI)
Interview
Applied online and was contacted via email within a week. Interview was in a group setting. I had arrived 15 minutes early but interview began 15 nibs after scheduled because the interviewer was waiting for the other candidates. We all sat in a circle on yoga mats outside of the store. It was laid back. Interviewer was friendly but I could feel that I wasn't quite the fit they were looking for. All the employees were Caucasian college athletes.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
