Super friendly, and good atmosphere.. really relaxed and pressure free. The entire process took about 2 weeks in total, started with an online questionnaire -- group interview -- interview with store manager and all were again, positive and relaxed.

Lots of questions about goals, describing yourself and traits you bring to the table, what kind of lifestyle you lead, why you chose to apply at lulu, longterm and short term plans, what you could improve on, weaknesses/strengths.. pretty straight forward interview questions about healthy living and how you will be an asset to the company

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
