The application has a lot of fun off-the-wall questions which was refreshing. If selected from your application you will first go in for a group interview after the store closes. Its a group of around 7-8 people and you just sit in a circle and answer similar questions to the ones on the application. It is very relaxed. I would wear something from lululemon and expect to talk about your "favorite way to sweat". Then you will get an email about the next round which is a "sweat date". You and one or two of the employees will go work out together. We didn't do much talking because we went to a high intensity class and then they left pretty quickly after the work out (I think they asked me if I had any questions for them and maybe one other question). Not really sure what the point of it was, but it's fun and you'll most likely get to try some workout place you've never been to! Then, they will email you back and schedule a one-on-one interview. You'll go in and sit down, still pretty relaxed, and answer more serious questions typical of any job interview. Everyone is super chill and laid back so there's no need to be nervous.
