I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
Applied online heard back from them in 2 weeks group interview then sweat session if they like you then had one on one with store manager. Took a little longer than expected and the first store I applied to took way too long just to tell me no, the the second store I applied to took way too long to tell me yes and get training done. You have to constantly email the SM to remind them that you're still here basically. If you're up for the wait then fine but if you need a call back immediately it's frustrating.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
