an extensive application process that focuses more on your values and interests as an individual. the application is quite time consuming but the process is valuable and a learning experience in itself. I recommend looking at their application form, regardless of whether or not you intend on working for this company.

the interview process was great, i just described how I know about the brand of lululemon and what products i like the most, as well as telling them my personality to introduce myself to them.
Not too long basic questions about your self and interest in the position that you were applying for the interview is very chill just be ready to talk about your passions
