I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at lululemon (East Lansing, MI) in Apr 2018
Interview
The whole interview process is great, fun, and casual. When it comes to actually getting a job the mostly hire in seasonal times and don't need a lot of people. I had 2 interviews within a year and didn't get either. The first time around I got to the final 3rd round of interviews, had 3 references and still didn't get it. Also the whole process takes months. People usually stay with this company which is why they don't have a lot of openings. Overall a great company though, they truly care about your career after Lululemon and your goals.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
