Initial group interview via Zoom, followed by being sent an availability form and a time for a second interview. The second interview was with two store managers. Each interview asked standard interview questions with a focus on diversity. They were not playing on their new initiative in inclusion!

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview

There were two rounds. First one was a group interview where we sat around tables and took turns answering questions. Very laid back style and friendly interviewers. Shortly after I was called in for a 1 on 1 interview with a manager.

3 interviews, somewhat intense they really have a type they want to work for them. They want to see your sales abilities and have you do a mini role play!
