I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
The initial interview is a group interview with about 7-10 other applicants. Here the managers will as basic questions and ask for feedback, you might also be asked to share/teach the group something for 2 minutes.
The second interview is an interview with either the assistant manager or the store manager. They will ask you specific questions about your experience and how comfortable you are with the role. After the interview you'll be invited to a complimentary yoga class, which is great experience to build up a rapport with management.
If management feels like you are a good fit for that specific store they will call you to let you know you have the job
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
