I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
was emailed and asked to come to a casual interview which was In the floor and I was surrounded by teenagers in yoga clothing. Was passed on to the next interview which was at whole foods where I was with two fellow interviewee's which already had part time jobs, while I did not. Yet I was NOT to continue with the interview process. I think it was a personality "thing" I strongly feel the interviewer stereotyped me from the moment I walked in. I don't shop there and never will... ATHLETA FO LIFE!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
