Interview
The interview process is quite long, independently of what you apply for. For a sales position you have to go through two rounds. First, a group interview (size varies). if you pass this round, you'll be invited to a one-on-one. Focus of both interviews are your lifestyle (e.g. how do you stay fit, what is your favourite way to sweat), customer service and personal values (e.g. opens, communication with team).
The interview was not difficult, but extremely detailed. Many questions were repeatedly asked. Mainly focused on goals and company history. It was extremely informal. Had it outside of a starbucks with two interviewers.
