I applied online. Never heard anything back. I called store 1 month later and they said they were having a group interview tonight and to come in. I could not make it and they said they will look up my application and send me an invite via email to next group interview. I got the invite via email and showed up to the interview. The interviewer seemed to like more answers focused on family (husband, child, etc). I am single and have no desire to start a family so I felt that my answers couldn't satisfy the interviewer.

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
