Interview
Super friendly, more interested in my people skills than anything technical. Sharing your passion for wellness/fitness and your experience in customer service, should give you a well-rounded interview. Lululemon is a very socially progressive company on the ground level, so expressing your open-mindedness for inclusivity is key.
I had to complete a phone call pre-screen and then two in-person interviews. I had to fill out a couple pages of a paper application, also. Then I met the team to see if we all got along.
The process was fun and smooth. I felt relaxed throughout the process because we got invited into a yoga studio to workout, and later grabbed coffee while speaking about our backgrounds and goals, or visions in life.
A two-step virtual interview process took place over zoom with the store's key leader and manager. A comfortable and welcoming space with both casual and work-based questions. I was offered the position at the end of the second interview by the manager.
