Very casual with 5 other people and 2 Lululemon employees. This was a group interview and we all have the same questions to answer. It was very relaxed and pleasant experience.

What is our 5 year goal? What's the most embarrassing song on our music playlist? What's our favorite way to sweat? Why Lululemon? If you could take 2 people on a road trip who would it be and why?
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
