I applied on a Sunday, interviewed the following Saturday, and got an offer that same Saturday. It was one group interview on Zoom and there were 9 other applicants on the call.

Question 1
You are in the last half hour of a busy shift. A guest is casually looking around the store but does not seem to be looking for anything in particular. How would you approach this guest? Imagine that things are very busy at work, and you notice one of your teammates is not doing their share of the work. What would you do in this situation? Tell me the reasons you would take that approach. Tell me about a time you set a goal that you knew would be difficult to achieve but that would also be rewarding. Did you do anything to make the process of working on the goal fun or engaging for yourself? If so, what did you do and why?

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview

There were two rounds. First one was a group interview where we sat around tables and took turns answering questions. Very laid back style and friendly interviewers. Shortly after I was called in for a 1 on 1 interview with a manager.

3 interviews, somewhat intense they really have a type they want to work for them. They want to see your sales abilities and have you do a mini role play!
