Had first interview with recruiter, that went well, just general questions about past experience and get to know. Then had 2nd interview, which went well. They asked about tech I worked with, experience managing team, leadership etc. Company didn't followup after 2nd interview, normally you would expect at least a "NO"...

Interview
First I had a call with a recruiter. We scheduled a call with the hiring manager. During the HM call we had an unstable connection on Zoom and the HM said we would reschedule. Recruiter informed me that the HM didn't want to reschedule because our poor connection demonstrated I wasn't taking the opportunity seriously.
