      Customer Success Specialist Interview

      17 Jul 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Fairfax, VA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at mHelpDesk (Fairfax, VA) in May 2018

      Interview

Two phone interviews, a mock customer email response, and an in-person interview with the managers from every team then finally a 1:1 with the CEO. The interview process was easy to avearge. I felt confident I'd get the job the whole time.
