I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at mabl (Boston, MA) in Feb 2025
Interview
1. Hiring Manager Screen
2. Virtual on-site broken into multiple portions
3. decision email
Hiring manager screen was about 45 minutes, very relaxed.
pretty clean process over all. The onsite was 4 interviews total, each with 2 interviewers.
1. Technical q&a
2. coding portion
3. system design
4. behavioral
Pretty good process, and one nice thing is that they tell you why they don't move forward. They even forwarded me to another hiring manager when I didn't get the offer. Though I think they are a bit picky.

Interview
Phone screen for coding followed by coding interview. After that, I had a system design discussion with some people and a talk with leadership. Nothing unusual in the process. Wasn't particularly challenging

Question 1
Easy Leetcode problem. Not much to do after finishing that.
They asked a lot of math questions which made it seem more like they wanted a candidate with a math degree for a software job. I was interviewed by two people, the engineer was very nice and asked software questions. The woman seemed very high strung, tense, and asked many math, statistics, and probability questions.
