It was a very long and frustrating process. It took them two months to get back to me for the first interview, and the homework assignment they sent was unreasonable — 12 detailed questions that felt more like a final university project. When they finally invited me to an on-site interview, I paid 60 shekels for parking, and they didn’t even offer reimbursement. Overall, the entire interview experience felt very disrespectful.

Never understood how they filter...I got rejected at least 5 times (for 5 different positions in 4 years). I finally managed to get selected for an interview. 3 interviews plus an assignment (crazy work) and got rejected without a very relevant feedback
