I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at movingimage (Berlin) in Dec 2020
Interview
Firstly, i had an 45-minute-call, which was nice. They asked about my background and some java related questions. Later, they send me a code challenge. I did the whole thing, spend lots of ours, and in the end they didn't even consider me for the position because it was already filled in. I consider this quite disrespectful, since you spend a lot of time in something which in the end is a wast of your time.
