I had a nice interview with my529. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I appreciated, as a "cultural fit" is very important when I search for work.

Interview
Two in person interviews with various departments represented. It was clear that most of the people had dealings with one very difficult person, and from other employee reviews, it feels like I dodged a bullet by not taking the offered job. Although all the people I interviewed with seemed kind and thoughtful, I don't think there's a magic wand (or outside analyst) that they can wave to get rid of their problem. Sorry folks.

Wonderful people to converse with until you meet the Executive Director. She's difficult to connect with. Take this as a very vital hint that you will be miserable working for her.
