I've applied online. An initial call was about 30 minutes with questions about my experience, detailed job description, etc. Also, there were 5 - 10 technical questions about JavaScript and React. Then I received a technical challenge - it was a small app with API integration, tests, and optional SSR. I've done all of these, but a few days later I received a rejection. I requested the feedback on my challenge but received an answer that they do not provide any feedback. It was disgusting.
