I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at nCino (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2023
Interview
Panel Style interview that wasn't intimidating at all. The panel was also meeting each other for the first time which made the process feel more like a conversation. Questions catered towards your experiences rather than too focused on proving yourself.
Interview questions [6]
Question 1
Tell me about what technical projects you've done?
Very positive panel interview. A mix of behavioral and situational questions. The technical assessment was the initial round. The panel took turns asking questions and it was more conversational than rapid fire Q&A.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co-worker and how did you overcome it?
I first had a 15-minute introductory phone call with the recruiter, then I was asked to complete a Salesforce assessment, and finally, I participated in an in-person panel interview with three individuals.
Basic interview questions like what’s your process for solving problems, what are you good/bad at. You get to learn more about the position and share about yourself and why you chose nCino.
