      Client Services Interview

      29 Jan 2015

      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at nFusion in Oct 2014

      Interview

I first came across nFusion at the University of Texas at Austin's Communication Career Fair, and they were nothing but inviting. First I talked to their lead HR manager and then spoke to an Account Service representative. A few weeks later I was asked for a phone interview. The phone interview went well, their questions weren't difficult and a majority of it was going through my resume and understanding my past projects. The phone interview was with 4 people total, but it was not overwhelming at all. I was immediately asked for an interview in person and scheduled it to be as soon as possible. In person, I went through three interviews within a two hour period. The time flew by, I explained my resume to each of the three interview groups. Everyone I met was heartfelt and passionate about their job. I went over just about every time slot I was assigned because it was so easy to talk to each and every one of them. At the end, the HR manager thanked me for my time and we talked about the next steps to take. nFusion worked quickly after and two days later I was asked for a Background Consent form. I did not want to get my hopes us, but after cleared I was offered the position! The whole interview process is exhausting since there are multiple steps to the interview process, it isn't just one round. Go into the interview light hearted and social to show them your personality, you were asked for an interview for a reason.
