A set of few interviews. First a call with the hiring manager (not an HR) and then a technical interview. Overall a very nice process. The process was ok and the hiring manager really tried to make it comfortable

tell me about your previous product that looks similar to what we do
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at nPlan
Interview
Extremely long interview process. Very unorganized. They proceeded with laying off a bunch of their employees back in 2023, but when asked about it during the interview, they denied and lied. Seems like an unstable company and would not recommend. Also, be prepared to have the majority of the company (including the co-founders) to sit in your interview.. 30+ people. Have they got nothing better to do? When greeting and introducing yourself to the CEO and CTO, be prepared to get ignored.

Question 1
You have 15 minutes to prepare, please present task A to the whole company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at nPlan (Vilnius) in Sept 2022
Interview
Very confusing, disappointing interview process.
Firstly, their HR greeted me with a massive email starting with "Giving you an enjoyable and fair interview experience is really important to us at nPlan".
Then I had the first interview where the person tried to role-play which ultimately led to both of us getting confused. They asked follow-up questions constantly and I had to jump between the fictitious world and my actual experience. This led to a poor representation of my skills and, ultimately, a negative interview outcome.
What is worst - they couldn't provide me personalised feedback and eventually ghosted me. This was especially needed as all things aside - I thought the interview went well and didn't know where I could have done better. This still isn't clear to me.
What's the point of sending a massive welcome email, talking about a fair interview experience when this is the outcome? Disappointing.
