I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at new hope community (Loch Sheldrake, NY) in Feb 2014

Interview

The process wasn't long, submitted the application online, heard back within one month. During the interview it was short, basic scenario question asking what would you do in certain situations. Basically trying to figure out what type of person you are.
