I applied online. I interviewed at nexus IT group (Kansas City, KS) in Jan 2019
Interview
3 step process- phone x2 and 1 face to face with team. They require you to make a PowerPoint presentation about yourself and why you deserve to work for them. They ask a lot of the same questions over and over, which they said is because they try not to share any info with each other after an individual interview. The interview isn’t difficult, pretty straight forward. BUT it’s an extensive interview process for an entry level recruiting position, with low salary.

Question 1
On a scale of 1-10, how lucky are you? (Weird I know)
Thank you for your feedback. We continuously look for ways to enhance the interview experience. Yes we do like to remain interview agnostic so that each interviewer can form their own opinion. Also, we do ask each final interview to do a 5 slide max presentation about why you feel like you would be a good fit for recruiting and nexus IT group. We do not ask you to present on "why you deserve to work for us". Our entry-level recruiting salary is $40,000. We provide ourselves in our above industry standard commission and bonus structure. We are a pay for performance organization which is not a fit for everyone. We will work to improve our redudant interview questions. Thank you again.
